I have been using Reliance CDMA service (Delhi Circle) since Feb 2005, and yesterday (13-01-2013) they block my services on the grounds that **my Address verification has failed**. Lodged a protest at midnight and by morning received a sms saying my problem has been resolved. Pathetic! where as while I am writing this review my phone is still not working.
In Oct12 had received an SMS that the documents need to be re-submitted at the reliance outlet in the new CAF (Customer Application Form) as per DOT guidelines. Which was done promptly. They keep hogging on the records and harassing customers in the name of govt guidelines. Couple of years back they had again pleaded for the same set of documents for the reason that they have been washed out / Damaged due to flooding in the warehouse.
Have been severely affected due to this problem, and am seriously contemplating on switching over.
