I have been using the connection of the reliance right from the day one but the most disgusting thing about their functioning is poor servicing and customer support.
the call center people only knows goood morning ,evening and have a nice time with reliance etc.they cant help you in any manner.i had a teething proble regarding the connecdtivity which they could solve in one month,.now I have a problem in getting connected with the net.its more than 10 days they never bothered to get rectified of call me back as said by the call center people.so my opininon is that its better to go for the relaible bsnl.
i had met a lot of people in the reliance office who were roaming around with one proble or the other.if u r not a heavy user of phone then dont go for the rel connection
