Very bad experience with reliance. Review on Reliance Mobile Operator

I have been in Delhi from the last one and half year and i'm using reliance but I had a worse experience with reliance in a city like Delhi also. In Delhi network coverage is good but during calls you will be not able to listen the other person clearly and their is lot of lagging between the calls. Also internet speed of reliance is not good though they offer much more data than other operator at low prize but speed is very very low so I used reliance internet only twice or thrice in these one and half year.

I went for reliance only because I thought in metro city they could have good service because while I was in himachal their there service is also worst I had one reliance there in himachal as well. I think they are in market only because of their low price of offers and they trap the customer. but now days customers are getting more and more aware and they want superior service at low cost, because of a lot of competition in the market it is very tough for the reliance to survive if they will continue to give that kind of poor service to their customer.

Comes to charges their data pack and unlimited calling pack are quite low in price as compare to other telecom operator in the market but their call quality and data quality is not up to the mark. their main customers are lower middle class people those who comes under the greed of their low charges but slowly everyone starts moving away from those incomplete offers of poor quality.

My suggestion to reliance is that they can increase their prices of various packs they provide to us because there is high difference in their pack prices and other telecom operator pack prices. so by increasing their prices a little and provide a good quality in their network, call quality and, internet only then they will survive in such a compatative market. Ambani's now have invested in jio but I think if they had invested in reliance and make it more better then it would be great of reliance ltd. because jio service is also not that much good I don't know what was the idea behind that if idea is to attract more number of user then I don't think without a good service you would be able to retain a customer for long time.
