I am here today to share my views about Reliance Mobile Operator. I hadbeen using this mobile operator service since 2011 to 2015. I am totally unsatisfied with its adverse service. Its network service quality is very outsmart. You all will surely be disappointed with voice call quality of this operator.
Second problem I faced is its low speed internet. It gives about 10 to 15 kpbs in 2G network and 30 to 60 kpbs in 3G network. It takes a lot of time to download something. This is the main problem for which I am annoyed with this operator service.
Even customer care executive is also unable to do their jobs pleasingly. Customers are not satisfied with the response of the executives as well as with their works too.
Moreover its voice calling packs, internet packs and sms packs charges costly with comparable to the substandard class of this network.
So I suggest all not to prefer this network.
