My brother is using reliance prepaid for past 4 to 5 years. Yesterday evening from his mobile they deducted Rs 40. Last month also they deducted same money, in every time they are cutting like Rs 1 extra for calls. When I tried to reach the customer care, they were telling me that you activated some mobile options so it deducted.
But I know very well that I haven't activated any plan and they are telling my money is gone that is it and they hang the phone. I am insisting him to pot to Airtel as Airtel have good connectivity and reasonable plans. Also I have never faced this type of problem in Airtel.
