Nice but network bed reliance. I am a Reliance CDMA postpaid customer. During the initial years I still recollect that they had one of the best customer care initiatives.
Recently, maybe due to their huge debt, they have almost a non functional CC.You can never get connected to an CC executive. I think they have shutdown their CC.
In my city they have bet not good service all their direct Stores. I am still continuing with Reliance, because I believe they have one of the best CDMA network and it is much more reliable than other GSM networks at least in himatnagar.
