In general reliance mobile service is good. But their customer care staff members are pathetic. They misguide customers which costs hem a lot of money sometimes.I have 2 reliance post paid numbers. I called from 1 number and requested for plan change for both. Customer care staff member told me request is taken for both numbers.


Next month when bill arrived, bill for the number from which I called was fine. But for the other one plan was not changed, and because of old plan and my roaming (I wanted to change plan because I had to travel), my bill is huge.This time when I called customer care, he is telling me there was no request registered in their computer for 2nd number. He also is telling me they do not take requests for plan change of a number from another number.
