I am 12 years old customer of Reliance Telecommunication. Earlier one years ago I have faced difficulty with Reliance services, I have recharged with Data Pack of Reliance telecom, but the main balance is deducted from my No. When I called toe the customer care they have not resolve my problem and not refund my main balance. Finally I have port my Number to IDEA. Reliance has not a good Customer Support.
