No doubt reliance is one of the oldest telecom sector in india.Before some years it has the largest customer base.But now a days the quality of its network degreted that much that no one wants to choos this telecom company.due to lack of technology and upgradetion.
The network provided by reliance is too much of pathetic.there is no gurantee or warrenty of its network like chinese products.
the charges and billings are expensive on this network.unfortunately they deduct a lots of balance without asking its customer.Which is complained by huge number of customer.
The customer service are too much of poor, because most of the time if we want to connect with customer care it says line is busy or all lines are currently busy please try after sometime.
