Hello everyone, I will like to share my review on reliance gsm presence in my area Allahabad(Upeast) which is worst in every possible aspects.Lets start with network-The signal keeps on dwindling from 3-4 lines to sometimes no network in the same place at my home.So if we make a call to other person or even receive a call from other person either I will not be able to hear any voice or the other person will not be able to hear my voice.This is so frustrating at both the ends.
For connectivity I have reliance 3g via icr agreements with aircel but its of no use as I cant open a single page via it.Its 3g speed is even worst then 2g speed of other networks.
Unwanted deductions-Every now and then they deduct 3-4 rs from my balance by auto activating VAS services.Means if you keep 100 rs in your main balance it will automatically become 0 after some days.
Atlast their customer service is like hell as it hardly gets connected and even it gets connected the executives are so dumb that you will bang your head on the wall if you keep continue talking with them.
After keeping reliance for some months I switched to another network and same I will suggest to other users if you are facing any such difficulty in your area.
