Reliance is very bad service in bihar. In bihar, no full talk time in limited amount is available. No data pack is available in less amount. Somewhere in bihar, the network of Reliance is finished. If anywhere the network of Reliance starts, then that place network is not catched many times. That means, the tower is not running properly. Call rate is also very high. Many times, my balance is cut without of any reason. When we call, then our money return. Many times, money isn't returned.
