Undoubtedly the eorst network I have used ever. I had used a postpaid connection of Reliance. The worst network & customer service I have ever used. In the eveving time I hardly able to make a call, if a call gets connected somehow the voice will not be clear. I was fed up with the services.
And the billing part was even more frustrating. I had a plan of 225 along with a onnet unlimited calling booster of Rs. 99. But my bill were usualy around 2000 which was unacceptable.
I had to call up the CC to get waiver every month & it was another pain to connect with the customer care. This is why I left the operator.
