I have been using Reliance mobile operator for past four years. At that time and all its service is too good. But now, there are loots of problems.
there is no network coverage in most of the areas. Sometimes network will go off suddenly even it is in a coverage area. ALso many times there will be a network but it willnot allow us to make a call. This is the major problem I have came across. Even my friend told the same.
They will change the plan again and again. Which means to attract a customer they will release one plan . If they found that we are using the plan regular;y they will change or stop the plan to our number.
