I want to share some of my experience to mouth shut Readers about Reliance GSM(mobile number :8893021829). I have made many complaints to their CC also and no permanent solution were found.there were frequent balance deduction in my R-GSM for unwanted services like jokes and various unwanted packs , they will activate some pack daily and deduct 5-15 rupees daily and because of this I activated dnd in my number and everything was ok for some days. but after that I noticed that my balance is getting deducted at various intervals in a day.they will deduct 20-50 paise four or five times a day and when I contacted CC they told that I have been charged for using GPRS .but the fact is that I never used gprs.
I didnt even installed the settings received from Relince cust care to access gprs and also I am using that sim in a basic nokia handset. I even tried that sim in an another handset and still the problem was there. I have send many mails and called cc many times but it was of no use.So I request all mouth shut readers who are using reliance gsm to monitor their account for such fraud and share it here .
