I have been using reliance for two year and it is best for urban area.
I am living in odisha and its network doesn't exist in rural area so I never bring its network while going to my village.I used to its 3g internet and I am happy with its data charges.airtel and bsnl network is best for rural area.
Its customer service could’ve been better as after dialing their number, you need to wait for a really long time for them to pick up the phone.
The service of reliance is very bad networks of reliance lost every where in villages or in cities as well.It’s now launching 4G network. Reliance has big net pack in low price. When we have reliance then we can contact to each other. Reliance give slow speed as Airtel and aircel.i donot recommend reliance.
