Worst services. Review on Reliance Mobile Operator

Have a prepaid reliance sim for delhi ncr and from last few days it ocassinally shows roaming while I'm in Delhi only and sometimes shows aircel network and because of this I have been several times charged for roaming, even on incoming calls I called customer care and the person said this is some problem in network but he cannot do anything since there server is down at that moment.

I don't know if ever there server is even working, after that I asked him for some kind of complaint register he didn't even do that.

So what am I supposed to do to repeatedly call them in the hope that some day there server will work and they will refund me.

If I not get this issue solved, I would start anti-publicity of any reliance mobile services starting from my own college that is IIT Delhi, as it happens it's not only me who has encountered such reliance services/

Whatever, I will just say Reliance has got the worst service any company could manage to get .* Reliance.
