I have 2 reliance mobile post paid connections and thinking of cancelling both due to the following...Reliance mobile has started back its cheating on mobile bills. (Missed Call billing - like earlier!!!!)Till 3 months ago we had no problem with billing - as billing was accurate.Suddenly they have started billing according to the timer that is displayed in your handset - which means that - timer will start they moment number is dialled. It keeps running irrespective weather call is connected or not!!!!Hence even if you just dial a number and cut the call before other party answers the calls you will be charged one call......
This is down right cheating !!!! No wonder company is getting richer day by day..... Calling up call center or visiting their web worlds will not help as they are not even ready to listen to what you tell... even though I have noted numbers which are billed wrongly.... they are not even ready to listen to anything - and accept that their billing is wrong!
