Reliance is a very popular name in India. Reliance provides many services in India like mobile services, broadband, Landline, Electricity, etc. I am using their gsm mobiles services from 1 month and the experience with reliance is very bad.
This is my mistake that I choose reliance. I choose reliance only for their cheap plans of calls and internet. In my area the network coverage of reliance is very bad. There is only one or two signals in my mobile always. The call quality is not good. I have to go outside my house to do a call. This is the worst thing.
There is no 3g signal in my house. I used their 2g and the speed of internet is worst. The customer support is also bad. They have to improve their services and specially network coverage. They recently launches 4g in some places which is a good thing but they have to improve first 2g and 3g signals.
