Charged 94 for 6 months 1gb data and 200 sms per day. Got confirmation message in 10 mins on the 1st of Oct. On the3rd discovered that my balance was reduced to 350+ from 450+ on complaint I got a message that it was resolved but my balance was not refunded .
When I called customer care they were very rude and refused to refund. They cheat the customer and then behave rudely. I have the confirmation message in my phone and will do all it takes to bring this cheating mobile provider to everyone's notice
