I have used reliance postpaid num 8144799199. Due to poor network connection I tried to switch to prepaid after 4 consecutive complain they have not changed my plan and still send me the post paid bill for what I have not used any service and in reliance hub they are saying that they have sent a mail and will the problem will be sorted today, tomorrow, like that.
Someone please help in this regard.
