I booked JIO phone paid Rs. 500 from my mobile no. 7006752191 about three months back. Now Jio started sending messages and automated phone calls saying "Your phone is ready for deliver". I visited Jio store 4 time during last 15 days and they were not able to deliver phone. Every time I visit either their server was down or SMS service did not worked.
I asked store people to cancel booking and adjust amount for recharge of my JIO number - they refused and said - that is not possible. Then I said ok give me in writing your system/server not working again a big NO was answer and then staff at JIO store started misbehaving. I could not find any complaint box in this store. There was no name plate or designation mentioned anywhere on misbehaving staff members at Gole Market, Gandhi Nagar, Jio Store.
Jio seems to be badly managed company which think they could took India for ransom by providing cheap internet and mobile, For sure this company is not going to stay in market for long.
Not only Jio Store people themselves are harassing public, their Dealers are also looting public - amount paid is not being credited to account or lesser amount is being credited. A receipt from Dealer I got after heated arguments(normally they don't give any receipt) is attached. This amount was not credited to my account. After writing mails to Jio care I got only Rs. 464 in my account. So far even Jio care not able to explain where has rest of the amount gone to.
That is not the end of my problems with Jio - Internet speed is dead slow now - compared with upto 20 Mbps earlier now its less than 1 Mbps.
I guess either Management is not able to manage rush or company is about to crash down.
I would also share link to this post with Jio care let's see if they could resolve my problems.
