As we know reliance has already launched his JIO SIM CARD and since that time inly a name JIO has been listining by all the people.
The sim card which is 4G enabled sim card has a very very low internet speed. According to company JIO will completely change the market of internet as it gives a very high speed internet with a usage limit of 4GB at a speed of mimimum 29 mbps but if we crosses the limit we drops to 128kbps. People are facing many difficulty while accesing the sim card, some of them are: -
1) People can manage the limit but in that limit you will going to face a very slow internet connection wich is lil bit faster than 2G that means company lied
2) The other problem is very poor calling service.
If we try to connect a phine call even with full signal, we will find that the server always says BUSY or NOT REACHABLE.
3) The major problem of the sim card is bad customer care service.
These are the problems faced by customers.
COMPANY SHOULD IMPROVE THIS.
