Jio when it was introduced was really good and provided great coverage even in rural areas. Buta s time passed on they also became the same as the other telecom operators in india. I personally use jio as my primary sim and often face the problem of poor internet speeds and call drops. When I logged a complaint with the jio app they said there is too much network traffic in your area which causes such failure and they also mentioned they will solve this problem within 120 days. Its been 200 days since I lodged tbe complaint and nothing has improved. I feel very mucg stressed when I use slow internet. I hope jio understands our problems and try to resolve these issues ASAP.
