Hello everyone No dought reliance JIO makes 10 million customers in very few months.
We are all enjoying Jio Happy new year offer.
But the biggest problem with JIO is its network stability on any device.
Whether im downloading any file or performing any task online it is very rare to see that such task is completed without interrupted because Network is not stable.
Sometimes I got upto 4-5 mbps but sometimes not even 1kbps.
Jio has to improve its network stability and also the network coverage area.
Whether I'm moving apart from city I rarely get 1 point network single and comtimes its nill.
In rural areas the jio network is very bad.in my village I did't get network covergae which is noly 6 km away from city.
If jio has to maintain its cutomers then they have to improve network features because after offer period i'm not going to take jio serives.
All of us know that jio is cheaper than anyother operator but it is not the decing factor they have to stable their network and coverage area.
Customer support operations of jio is good.
I easily get solution from their customer service executives. Thank you
