Earlier when jio was launched it was good and every preferred to buy jio!but now it has been changed!jio is no more free and we have to pay monthly for calls, sms and data!the network is not good and in many places we dont even get the signal!the customer service is very poor and bad!even the speed of the internet is slow nowadays!the charges and billing is also bad!the calls wont get connected in the first try!we have call a lot of times then it gets connected!overall this mobile operator is not good!i would recommend not to buy jio!
