The reason for disliking this operator is they have told me to replace the sim card as I am not getting any network coverage in my old sim card . I had ported my number to Jio4g. The free internet and calls came for one and half months. Now there is no network access in this sim card.So they are asking me to replace the sim card.The service of Jio is not so good. Another disadvantage is Volte features. My mobile does not have Volte feature. So I have to on data to do calls.There is no incoming calls when the mobile data is on. So battery charge will complete in short time when you on data and make calls the charge will drain in less time. We have to use
Jio4g voice to make calls and messages u cannot use your inbuilt call and messaging app for calls and messages if your mobile do not have Volte features.
