I have been using Jio services since last September and all I could say that its Internet works really very well in my place but only the problem is with its voice calls, especially when we have to connect to other State, always it repeats the same Busy tone. Also I have experience in some places the network connectivity is not too good as they said its 4G network.
But its good to know that company is going to invest more money to make it a very best 4G network and hope it will work well for all its millions of subscribers.
Customer service is good as they will activate the sim instantly so no need to wait for an hours for activation.
And still I am using it for free so I haven't paid any bill but yes the Plans and tariffs are also very less in price as you can check on their official website,
