From last few days in Indore, I am facing a big drop in network strength of Reliance Jio. Though, Jio is providing free 4GB 4G data till 31st of Dec 2016 but the my main issue is with the calling. Earlier I was getting 4 bars but from past few days I am getting only 1-2 bars. Frequently my calls are getting disconnected and call connects only after I try at least 4-5 times. Due to this I cannot port my main number to Jio. Even if I call to Customer Service, they will not take my call. They are useless. Jio has to work to fix these issue before they make their services premium.
