My experience with Reliance Jio is not good. First of all network coverage of reliance jio is not satisfactory. Due to this, internet connectivity is also affected which means poor internet speed. However, customer service is good. Charges of reliance jio is higher if you compare jio with the other brands like airtel, idea, vodafone. I will prefer these brands over Jio because when I am spending money, I should get high speed proper connection which these brands will offer surely.
