Prepaid connection is good as long as you take care of the payments.
Postpaid connection after support is worse. I had a simple problem pay the deposit. Neither the distributor at me office not Reliance Jio centre know how to process it. It's their fault they did not collect on the first time. I never got the first bill. When I attempted to pay it online it simply asked me to pay the monthly payment. After payment nothing worked. Jio center/cc simply say my connection is backlisted because I dint pay the deposit. Bloody I want to pay it but you guys don't know how to proceed it. Not my fault. I'm thinking to move back to bsnl or Airtel now for my family. Reliance needs to fix their postpaid crap ASAP.
