I have been using Reliance Jio Services from last 2 and a half years so I can tell you the truth that Jio internet speed in most of the city is very bad it always buffers and I hardly get download speed of 500Kb/s that also in very rare cases where there is less crowded but in most of the places it only buffers but yes they provide us lots of services like Jio Tv, Jio Cinema, Jio Music and all and a very cheap internet.
So if you are staying in less crowded area you can definitely choose Jio and if in crowded place it is 50/50 you decide according your area
