When I heard about jio I was extreamely exited.it is great thing that could happened to the people of india.reliance jio is providing 4G net on affordable rates.it gives huge feeling when we think it is an indian company.but at the same time it has got some flows like call dropping right now.it has poor network accesibility specially in villages and remote areas.we hope that this problem will be rectified very soon because it is in its very early life and you can not judge a book by its cover only.from customer perspective it is like an enjoyable phase.they are getting served very cheaply.customer service hasbeen fabulous so far.you can get it easily as it is available on extensive platforms.they lanched summer surprise offer but TRAI ordered it to ban.but later on they came up whith new offer called "JIO DHANDHANADHAN" which again a great incentive to its loyal and other customers.its billing process is so easy.
