I've been using Jio sim as a primary sim on my smartphone for quite a long time now and all I can say it is quite over-rated. It was good but now its not that good, I've always had a problem with the network range that Jio provides it disappears all of sudden showing network connection issue on your screen. The speed of internet that Jio was providing in the past was quite unbelievable but now its just too damn slow. Talking about their customer service support, I've never had any issues solved by them. The only thing I like about jio is free caller tune and miss call alerts. Th charges are quite affordable. But I think its time to switch now.
