Most wrost service provided by Reliance jio.Network coverage is very poor.In rural place we can not find reliance jio network.In Urban place we never find full network coverage anywhere in the city.Customer service is very poor.we can not make call easily to customer suport services.Internet speed is very very poor.Jio 4g speed like a 2g speed.We can not say that it is a 4G speed.But althogh its free till 31st december so we can not say anything about jio 4G.After free service let's see what jio do for network coverage and how much customer decrese from jio 4G.
