I had got a bad experience with Jio sim card. The towers of jio had not rooted properly in village area. So many time I had to suffer from bad range. Many times the network of jio was not work properly. Thats why many people's was not satisfied with jio sim card. I was suggested that make towers in ocal area's and also in villages area because of many people suffer from network problem.
customer service of jio was well but network are really slow. Charges applied by jio was not so much but network problem was huge in villages area.
