Reliance jio is the sim started by Mr.Mukesh Ambani. When first the sim released its having 3 mounths free offer all peoples gets started to use jio sim but in some villages its phasing network problems so thats still not solved. After one or two mounths the data speed is decreased its using like a 3G data. If it 4G means atleast 10 to 15 mbps data should come so the sim has to improve lot of network phasing problems and speed of data.
I think the some times if we are calling its telling that this number is not a valide number and costumer service is also not that much good I think. So these are the problems which is phasing by jio users.
