I am sharing my experience on reliance jio. Reliance has a good network coverage. When I had started using jio then in the beginning network coverage was very bad internet did not run and enable to make a call always but now network coverage is very good.
Customer service of reliance jio is not so good if I get a problem and dial a customer number then I felt a helpless. I am not happy with the customer service of the reliance jio. I think they should establish a lots of call centers all over the india. First time in india a indian company offered this kind of offer, free 4G data, free calling, roaming free calling for the six month. This is the historical decision. Our data and calling free till 31s march.
