The network coverage is overall good. but sometimes the network fails to connect phone calls or the internet connection. the speed of the internet is not so good as airtel 4g or vodafone 4g. the customer service is reliable. they always look forward to help the customers. at first jio announced the till 31st dec 2016 all the internet and the phone calls should be free. but now announced till 31st march all will be free service from jio. so dont worry abot the charges and billing. just enjoy the welcome offers.
