When I first bought jio it was a headace in starting there were cross connections and lines were busy all the time. There was a new belief in people that calling to a jio number is not possible. And everytime I used to cut a call I would have to wait for 30 sec to call anyone else
But everything is changed. Today. anytime I call the call is connected in the first try. And now I don't have to wait for thirty seconds to call to another number. And I can recieve calls from different numbers as well. That is a great update.
The service is great. And cutomer services are out standing . Hats off . And another thing to keep in mind is the free internet and free message and free callings.
