Whenever you call the customer care of Reliance Jio, it keeps on saying that all of their employes are budy and we wait on the line. I waited for 3 hours but my call didnt reached them. Network coverage is too low at many points but still its good. There's another issue that sometimes the sim stop catching network for hours, they maybe just disconnect some of the sim's so we cant access internet. Also, we cant call airtel, vodafone and idea users from jio sim and the JIO4GVoice app doesnt allow us to call anyone from other sim in our phone which us so irritating
