Its been a wonderful start for jio earlier when it started its services and got fame from various people got carried away but now a days first thing is although its free but network in some areas go blank n its annoying really when u need the internet for gps service n lost in an unknown place.
Customer service is quite ok but not upto the expectation that reliance used to provide.i t needs improvement on this part.
Till now its free but who knows after march what will happen and will the company do maintain to retain its customers.
