Please don't subscribe to any Reliance products by their advertisements or free insurance and all.
Reliance is utter crap, our car was insured by Reliance Gen. Ins. and everything was going perfect till we met with an accident which was entirely the fault of the pedestrian.
Anyways, we called 100 and then took that guy to the nearest hospital and got him treated. I should say there is no humanity left as that pedstrian also claimed money(Rs. 40, 000!) inspite of we spending everything on him. To add on the pains, when we haad put in our claim to reliance they very proffesionally said your license was not valid at the time of the accident. We tried pointing out that we were given bail and the police checked the license and all. but to no avail.
This incident happened around 1.5 years ago and still we are waiting to hear from them.
We are now planning to take it to the consumer forum as things are really becoming frustrating!
And there has never been any response from reliance as well.
This tells the tale of the supposedly the biggest private company of India!
