Reliance Fresh in Purusawalkam, Chennai is the worst maintained store. I was a regular customer to their stores in Hyderabad for my daily veg needs.
When I shifted to Chennai I visited a Rliance Fresh store near my place only to find dried leaves and rotten fruits. Even a local vendor could have arranged his stuff in a more orderly manner than these people. I did not even feel like buying a bunch of coriander leaves.
The store was not spacious and moving around to find what you want was hell of a task. The staff are not helpful and I always face billing issues. The dairy products are always outdated and Breads are at the verge of expiry. But you can shop groceries here at reasonable prices. They offer free home delivery for purchases above rupees 1500/-
