It’s really appalling to have such kind of experience with them. There is no electricity from past 20 hours and they don’t have any right update on when it would get restored. I am switching to tata right away. And instead of apologising, they kept talking about the “Unknown Fault” with no idea on when it would get restored. No doubt why they are in such a loss and now Adani is acquiring them.
