I don't think this product needed to be purchased as because I had buy this digital tv 2012 and with my experience I can say that it is not good it does not have a good picture or sound clarity more problems occurs mainly in rainy season . loss of the signal strength very easily. and when we call customer service they send their engineers after 5 days which make it worst service also. I think they are just making fool to the customers by just wasting their time as well as their money. the packages rates are very high which make it less efficient for middle class family I suggest you to buy another dish tv not this.
