I remember the days of 2006 .when my father bought Reliance CDMA phone.These were the days where you have to recharge for incoming calls and calls rates were very costly.
So in that phone the company regularly deduct some amount for no reason.And when you call to them about the deduction they make any reason and do not return your money back. And it was the story of every user of reliance.Once I met to the person works in Bpo of reliance.Through him I came to know that they were recieving so many calls for the unafair deduction of balance according to him reliance have seprate team for doing deduction in the balance.
