Apologies for writing this but am absolutely pissed off with unfair selling practices of Reliance Digital. Every time you buy a product, they force you to buy a AMC which exists only on paper.
I have brought a refrigerator, 2 geysers, 2 AC's, microwave, 50 inch TV & one 32 Inch TV. Silly me took AMC of all. I used to stay in Indrapuram a year back and moved all these electronic products with help of Reliance Res Q only.
However it seemed I was dealing with bunch of illiterates who do not even bother to change the address. I logged a compliant for geyser repair on 4th Feb and like always nothing has moved. It seems it would be repaired by summers.
Complaint number was 8003074549. Nothing moved so called again and was given another complaint number for this complaint not getting solved 75252123.again to action.I need someone to help me with a contact with whom I can cancel all these AMCs and get my money back.
Can someone help?
