This is real carp ....I have applied for a connection 4 months before from Bangalore.. after waiting for 30 days.. I have asked them to cancel the application. now I am waiting for the Rs-2383/ which I payed to them when I filed the application.
The customer executive said me if I withdraw the application, within 24hrs will get back the money. That did not happened and I have contacted them 10-15 times (including local sales manger- on phone) and E-mailed them.
Still they say "i will call and tell to tomorrow sir" and that day never came...never pay the money through On-line payment option (that was my mistake)- it is difficult to get back.. Pay only if you get your card in hand....Be care full guys.
