Hi friends, here as discussion is going on upon consisty of datacards, I would also like to contribute that Reliance has more than 30000 Towers for 1x & HSD in total. So, Obviously Connectivity & Coverage has to be more than anyone whether its Tata , Bsnl or Vodafone.
As you guys are discussing about problems in billing, Usage updatation & Service delays, I must say that I am myself using datacard hsd, Right from the day one I had no issues while getting bills & getting qquery responses. Yes, Sometimes 1 or 2 days delay happened in usage updatation, so I would say we should forgive them because 99% they are really quick in their responses this is what I feel.
I can play many business videos on youtube within minutes, I am able to arrange my Video chats & Conferences very well whether for my business purposes or personal usage.
Even I would love to mention that whenever some problem occured or query raised, I visited Reliance Web World , I tell you that I have been treated like GOD, they resolved my problem immediately on priority basis. So, I would say Reliance is reliable for me..:) hope for you people also.
