I was once a user of Reliance communication postpaid service. As you all know that in postpaid connection you need to deposit a certain sum of money which will be refunded after you swtich to another mobile company.
I paid 3000/- to reliance communication as my deposit in reference I have got each and every proof of the same. When I switched my connection to vodafone I contacted Relinace for my refun of deposit amount but they havent responded well and its been more than 2 yrs now and I havent got my deposit amount.
This proves that they are worse in maintaining customer relationship. In short they can also be called as theives! My big mistake ever in choosing Reliance Communications.!
